Service Description

Give your troop an empowering and age-appropriate self defense experience with Pretty Hands, Hard Punches. Our Girl Scout self defense workshop teaches awareness, boundary setting and practical techniques that help girls feel confident and prepared. Each session includes hands-on drills, teamwork activities and a fun confidence-building board break. Workshops are tailored by age level and designed to support Girl Scout leadership, community values and personal safety education.
